Sanggar Lestari is one of the longest standing traditional Indonesian dance groups in Melbourne. Over the past 3 decades, Sanggar Lestari has performed at hundreds of multicultural events and festivals around Australia and abroad. These include Festival Indonesia and Buddha’s Day Multicultural Festival held annually in Melbourne. Other events include Spectacular Eastern Indonesia in Sydney and other events abroad including Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu and Makassar, just to name a few.
